Warm greetings from Lisbon, from the Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas (ISCSP-ULisboa).
We are pleased to announce that ISCSP-ULisboa is willing to receive Professors or Staff for, Teaching or Training Erasmus Mobility during the next academic year 2026-2027 under our Erasmus cooperation.
If you have any Professor or Staff interested to apply for an Erasmus Mobility period at ISCSP-ULisboa, please forward them this information, in order for him/her to submit the online application following the next steps, in order for us to analyse each application and proposal.
In order to proceed with the Teaching /Training Erasmus Mobility application, we hereby inform that Professors or Staff will have to apply online using our FenixEdu platform (at least two months before the preference to begin the Erasmus Mobility). Hence, we also inform you in advance that we usually have more availability to host Professors or Staff for Erasmus Mobility:
- During the end of October or November;
- And then, between March and April (being May and June only for staff mobility – since we do not have lectures undergoing during those months).
Therefore, to apply, each participant must follow these steps:
> 1st Step – Account creation: the candidate has to use this link: https://fenix.iscsp.ulisboa.pt/accountCreation to create the account and follow all instructions mentioned. An username will be generated (example: “bennu12345”) and the participant has to select a password.
> 2nd Step – Login: the candidate should login with his/her username "bennu12345” and the selected password to have access to the personal profile in this link https://fenix.iscsp.ulisboa.pt/login and follow all instructions mentioned.
> 3rd Step – Application: after the login at FenixEdu platform each candidate should also be able to see his/her Profile as a candidate and should click on Candidate Portal > Candidacies > Applications to have access to the application for “Incoming Staff/Teacher Mobility (STA/STT)” and press “Create”
During the application, the ISCSP-ULisboa's Mobility Office will validate the information and uploaded documents. For that reason, we advise the candidate to be aware of all notifications and instructions during this process in FenixEdu platform as well as our e-mails. This information can be checked in the application progress in the “State” field until the information concerning the acceptance (or not).
Please note that the sooner the application is correctly completed, the sooner we can prepare properly the Erasmus Mobility period and we will be able to send the Acceptance Letter and Teaching/Staff Erasmus Mobility agreement signed in and approved (also, be aware that, each participant should only incur in expenses and make financial arrangements, for example, booking accommodation and flights, after having receive our confirmation properly, namely with our Acceptance Letter).
